If you plan to take cayenne, you should start small and be easy with it. As an example, you can begin with 1/8 teaspoon, if you can’t handle the heat. Alternatively, you may choose any cayenne variety that’s less spicy. Start small and if you find the heat unbearable, you should take smaller dose next time or look for a different variety of cayenne. Another trick is gulp the mixture quickly.
